The route of the next VELUX 5 OCEANS in 2010-11 has been confirmed. Along the way the solo sailors will cross five treacherous oceans and visit five different continents.

The next VELUX 5 OCEANS will begin and end at the city of La Rochelle on the west coast of France. For the first time, the longest and toughest solo yacht race on earth will be fired off from the shores of France.
